Recent research commissioned by Pepper Money suggests that nearly 7 in 10 (69%) of those who have experienced adverse credit in the last 3 years and are planning to refinance or purchase a property in the next 12 months with a mortgage or remortgage are concerned about having their application declined due to their credit rating.
