Accord are pleased to be reducing rates across their Accord New Business range
Applies to Accord Residential
Accord are reducing rates across a number of products in their Residential New Lending range for both Purchases and Remortgages.
What’s being reduced?
- 80% LTV – 2 products will be reduced by up to 0.11%
- 85% LTV – 14 products will be reduced by up to 0.14%
- 90% LTV – 16 products will be reduced by up to 0.25%
- 95% LTV – 10 products will be reduced by up to 0.23%
What’s staying the same?
All other products will remain the same.
What else is changing?
Cashback is increasing by £250 on selected products at 90% & 95% LTV.
When is the change?
Products will be withdrawn at 8pm on Sunday 18th July and relaunched on Monday 19th July at 8am.
