No ERC Plus Product
I am pleased to announce that Optimum will be introducing a Plus 5-year, no ERC fixed rate product from Tomorrow, Tuesday 7th December. This product will provide your customers with further options and flexibility through Optimum. You will find that this product will be competitively priced within the current marketplace.
The product will be available on our Plus product range, on new applications scored from tomorrow. Any existing application looking to use this product will need to be scored on a new application number. The product code will be PLSNE05.

Christmas Opening Hours
I thought I would also take this opportunity to confirm Optimum’s opening hours over the Christmas period
Christmas eve – 9am – 12:30pm
25th – 28th December – Closed
29th – 30th December – 9am – 5pm
31st December – 9am – 12:30pm
3rd January 2022 – Closed
We will then return to normal hours Tuesday 4th January 2022.
