Product Changes 22 July 2022
Following very high demand across our specialist range and other changes in the market, we will be withdrawing the below products on Friday 22 July 2022 at 5pm.
Making product withdrawals less stressful for you
We understand product withdrawals can cause additional pressure for you, especially during this busy time. To make things a bit easier, you just need to get a DIP accepted by 5pm on Friday (22 July) in order to secure the product. You will then have a further 30 days to submit a Full Mortgage Application, with all relevant fees paid.
How to speed up your case
Please help us to help you more quickly by ensuring your case submissions are fully complete with all relevant documents uploaded. This really makes a different to our processing time, and will ultimately ensure your case is assessed in the fastest possible time. Saffron BS – Mortgage Withdrawals 22 July
Please be advised of the following mortgage withdrawals due to take effect at 5pm on Friday (22 July)
Brokers will need to have a DIP Accept by 5pm on Friday to secure the product, with a further 30 day period to submit a full mortgage application with all fees paid.
