Zephyr fixed rates reprice
Just a quick email to let you know that today, 15th December, we repriced the Zephyr BTL 5 year fixed rate products, with a new choice of fee options.

Few things to note:
- Rates now from 6.14%
- 10bps discount for properties with an A-C EPC rating
- Available on standard properties, HMOs, MUFBs, new builds and flats above commercial premises
- To secure a rate, the case must proceed to offer within 60 calendar days of the application
