Product Update | Wednesday 10th May 2023
Our new products will be going live on Wednesday 10th May 2023.
We’re writing to let you know that we are making some changes to our products. As of Wednesday 10th May, we will be reducing the rates of our two-year fixed-rate products. We will also be launching our new Green seven-year fixed-rate product for those properties rated EPC Level C and above.
Please find below a summary of the key changes:
- 20bps reduction across our 2-Year Fixed rate products
- End dates changed from 30th June to 30th September for all Fixed rate products
- 7-year Fixed Rate Products have been changed to Green products (EPC rating A, B & C only)
- 7-year Fixed Rate Product Fees reduced from 3% to 2%
- 5-year fixed rate product pricing and fees remain the same
- No changes have been made to our Tracker products

Temporary withdrawal of Tracker products
Following this afternoon’s increase in the Bank of England BBR to 4.50%, we will temporarily remove our standard Tracker products as well as our Green Tracker products this evening while we build new products.
We will withdraw the following Tracker products this evening:

- BTL0451G
- LTD00408
- LTD0407G
- HMO00276
- HMO0275G
Replacement standard Tracker products and Green Tracker products will be available early next week so we will share details and new product codes with you as soon as these are finalised.
