Mortgage Changes – Wednesday 19 July
On Wednesday (19th July), we will be making further changes to our mortgage range.
This will see a number of products being withdrawn, whilst others are being repriced. We are also reintroducing selected Residential, Contractor and JBSP Fixed products.
In addition, the new Fixed RIO products now have an increase maximum LTV of 60% whilst the existing Discounted RIO products continue to have a maximum LTV of 50% until further notice.
Please note the RIO products have a floor rate of 3.0%, whilst all other continue to have a floor rate of 2.0%.
Products being withdrawn
Cases must be at FMA submitted, with fees paid, by 5pm on Tuesday (18 July) to secure these products.
