Changes to our portfolio stress test
We’ve increased our background portfolio buy to let stress test rate to 5.7% as of Tuesday 1 August 2023.
Our portfolio validation process includes an assessment of the background portfolio ICR which must be a minimum of 125% ICR at 5.7% pay rate and a maximum of 85% LTV.
All assessments completed before this date will be stress tested at the previous rate of 5%.
