Mortgage Product Launch
Newcastle Building Society are pleased to announce we are refreshing our residential range, with rate reductions of up to 0.25% across selected products, on Friday 1st September.
The key highlights are as follows:
- Fee assisted products including free legal fees for re-mortgages, and cashbacks to support customers looking for assistance with fees;
- 10% overpayment facilities across our products, which supports our clients who require the flexibility to make lump sum overpayments. This is in addition to the £499 regular monthly overpayments already permitted;
The following products are being withdrawn COB Thursday 31st August, any existing illustrations will be honoured until close of play Monday 4th September.
