Rate changes today and next week.
We have two rate updates from LiveMore to let you know about:
- We’ve reduced our 5 year fixed rates on Tier 1 by 30bps effective immediately – it is now lower than Hodge. Our updated product guide is available by clicking here.
- All other rates are increasing as of 1st November
What should I do?
- If you have a 5 year case on Tier 1 you can now place it 30bps cheaper than before by logging in here
- Any other cases will need to be submitted by 31st October (Tuesday) by 6pm to take advantage of the current rate
Please note it may take a while for sourcing systems to update, but the change is live in our portal.
