Product Update
At Zephyr, we have just launched a NEW range of 2 Year Fixed Rates and also REDUCED the rates on our 5 Year Fixed products. Our Lifetime Trackers with no ERCs are still available. Sourcing systems have been updated.
As always, our products are available to individual landlords and limited companies (SPVs) on a range of property types, including standard, HMOs, MUFBs, new builds and flats above commercial. We can also lend on large portfolios.
