Rate reductions
From tomorrow, Friday 1 December, we’re reducing fixed rates across our Switcher and Additional Borrowing range by up to 0.31%.
We will also be reducing 2 and 3 years ERCs by up to 1%.
Remember, you can secure one of these lower rates on cases that you’ve already submitted. For switcher cases, please see the instructions on our website.
