With our JBSP arrangements, your clients can use up to four incomes to boost affordability, and wider family members can now support including grandparents, aunts, uncles and siblings.
We also offer reverse JBSP, where adult children can help their parents with affordability in later life. It can be a great way to enable parents to stay in their family home for longer without the need to downsize.
