Please find the below update, which applies to our BTL product range and will go-live tomorrow, Thursday 20 June.
All pipeline applications sold on older products will be honoured providing an offer is issued on, or before, 23 August.
BTL Product Changes
All rates and 2%, 3%, 4% and 5% product fee options across our Standard, Specialist and Non-Standard plans have been updated. Details can be found in our BTL Product Guide and are summarised below:
- Standard (single dwellings on an AST)
- 2yr Fixes from 5.09%
- 5yr Fixes from 5.49%
- Specialist (HMO and MUBs up to 10 rooms/units)
- 2yr Fixes from 5.29%
- 5yr Fixes from 5.69%
- Non-Standard (Holiday Lets)
- 2yr Fixes from 7.22%
- 5yr Fixes from 7.45%
