We’re Reducing Rates and Launching Two New 5-Year Fixed Fee Products
We’re pleased to confirm that we’re making rate reductions to some of our Standard 75% LTV Five-Year Fixed rate products for individual landlord borrowers as well as for Limited Company borrowers.
In addition, we’re also launching two new additions to our 75% LTV Standard and Limited Company Five-Year Fixed Rate ranges. These two new products, which come with a fixed fee, provide even more choice for advisers and landlords seeking larger loans.

- Rate reduction: Standard 75% LTV Five-Year Fixed Rate product with 3% fee reduced by 20bps
- Rate reduction: Limited Company 75% Five-Year Fixed Rate product with 3% fee reduced by 35bps
- New: 75% LTV Standard 5-Year Fixed Rate product with a fixed fee of £3999 (Max. loan £500,000)
- New: 75% LTV Limited Company 5-Year Fixed Rate product with a fixed fee of £3999 (Max. loan £500,000)
