RESIDENTAIAL AND BUY TO LET BY FOUNDATION – NEW AND REDUCED RATES
As of Tuesday 16th July, Foundation Home Loans have reduced selected rates across their Buy to Let and Residential Special ranges plus they have launched a new core BTL Limited edition rate.
Changes to the Buy to Let range:
- New F1 Limited Edition 5 Year Fixed product up to 75% LTV with a £4,995 fee and a rate of 5.44%. The minimum loan size for this product is £200,000
- New F1 2 Year Fixed Special products available with a rate of 4.79% up to 65% LTV and 4.99% up to 75% LTV, both with a 4% fee
- F1 5 Year Fixed Special Portfolio Landlord Only rates reduced by up to 0.10% with rates now starting from 4.89% with a 6% fee
- F1 5 Year Fixed fee assisted Special Portfolio Landlord Only rates reduced by up to 0.10% with rates now starting from 5.09% with a 5% fee
Changes to the Residential range:
- F1 fee assisted 2 Year Fixed rates reduced by 0.10% with a rate of 6.79% up to 65% LTV with a £795 fee
- 2 fee assisted 2 Year Fixed rates reduced by 0.10% with a rate of 6.89% up to 65% LTV with a £795 fee
