ANNOUNCEMENTS
We wanted to let you know that we’re making the following rate increases on Monday 15 September.
Core Residential (including Product Transfer)
- 65% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.16%.
- 75% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.10%.
- 80% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.35%.
- 85% LTV 2 year Fixed Rate fee-saver will be increased by 0.05% to 4.83%.
- 90% LTV 2 year Fixed Rate fee-saver will be increased by 0.05% to 4.84%.
- 95% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed £999 fee rates will be increased by up to 0.10%.
Exclusives
- Selected Residential Remortgage 75%-80% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.24%.
- Residential Purchase 85% & 95% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.15%.
- £1m-£3m Large Loan Exclusive 2 and 5 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.16%.
Professional
65% LTV 2 year Fixed Rate will be increased by 0.20% to 4.35%.
BTL
Selected 60-75% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.15%.
