I am pleased to note that we are reducing rates across our Interest only existing customer products with effect from tomorrow, Wednesday 24th September.
In order to support your clients with an upcoming maturity, we are aligning our Interest Only product rates to that of our repayment product range. This includes making available the lowest rates we have in the range at 70% LTV.
