Express Payment Requests are showing error messages but please ignore these as the requests are being received. The error relates to the email confirmation only. 

The company will be closing early on Tuesday 16th September at 2pm for all staff training across all departments. We will be open as usual on Wednesday 17th September. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. 

The deadline for express requests on the 16th September will be 1 PM.

 

In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

The office will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 20th September.

Announcement

We have made some positive changes to our product range. This is effective for new applications scored from Wednesday 5th November.

New Product Types

We have made some changes to our ERC structure on new applications proposed from Wednesday 5th November. All our products now allow unlimited overpayments. Our old “Low ERC” product is superseded by a true No ERC product.

For full settlements, the charges are as detailed below:

Pipeline is unaffected and will complete in the usual way.

Pipeline Validity & Changes

We would like to remind you that the existing pipeline and rate validity is 30 days.
