Our updated mortgage range will be live on our website 9am, Wednesday 19th November 2025.
Our current range will be removed 5pm, Tuesday 18th November 2025.

Residential
- 2-year fixed 65% LTV product (with product fees) by up to 0.05%
- 5-year fixed 65% LTV products by up to 0.05%
- 2-year fixed 75% LTV product (without product fee) by 0.03%
- 2 & 3-year fixed 80% LTV products by 0.03%
- 5-year fixed 80% LTV product (with £1395 product fee) by 0.06%
- 2-year fixed 95% LTV products by 0.05%
Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor
- 2-year fixed 75% & 80% LTV products by 0.03%
Buy to Let
- 5-year fixed 60% LTV product (without product fee) by 0.05%
- 5-year fixed 70% LTV product (without product fee) by 0.10%
