We’re pleased to announce that we are introducing a new remortgage product range alongside a number of rate reductions across our current products, as outlined below:
New: Remortgage products
- Standard and Limited Company: Two-Year and Five-Year 75% LTV products with 2% fee (min. £750) and £500 cashback
- HMO/MUFB: Two-Year and Five-Year 75% LTV products with 2% fee (min. £750) and £1,000 cashback
- Please note: The borrower must have owned the property for a minimum period of 6 months
New
- Standard and Limited Company: Five-Year 75% LTV products with fixed £4,000 fee
Rate reductions
- Standard, Limited Company and HMO/MUFB: Various rate reductions of up to 25bps to our two-year and five-year fixed rate products; some fee reductions
Tracker products
- Two-Year trackers Standard and Limited Company: Initial rate updated to BBR + 0.94% with a fixed fee of £1,499
- Two-Year trackers HMO/MUFB: Initial rate updated to BBR + 1.33% with a fixed fee of £1,499
- Lifetime trackers: All lifetime trackers reduced by 25bps following December’s BBR reduction
