Important product changes
Reduction in Interest Rates
We are starting the year with positive news, and we have reduced Residential interest rates across all our plans! Our cheapest interest rate is now 8.25% on our Prestige 0 plan. In addition, our Core 3 plan (4+ demerits) has an interest rate of 12.45% available.
AVM Criteria Change
We will now go to 70% LTV for AVM’s. Please see below:
- Max 65% LTV – Minimum Confidence Level of 4
- Max 65-70% LTV – Minimum Confidence Level of 5
