We made changes to our Product Transfer range at 9am, Tuesday 13th January
Our new product transfer range went live on our website at 9am, Tuesday 13th January 2026.
Our previous range was removed at 5pm, Monday 12th January 2026.
Product transfer range changes include:
Rate decreases
Residential
- 2-year and 5-year fixed 65% LTV product (with £500 product fee) by 0.05%
- 2-year and 5-year fixed 65% LTV products (no fee) by 0.05%
- 2-year and 5-year fixed 75% LTV product (with £500 product fee) by 0.10%
- 2-year and 5-year fixed 75% LTV products (no fee) by 0.10%
- 5-year fixed 85% LTV products (no fee) by 0.05%
Buy to Let
- 2-year and 5-year fixed 60% LTV product (with £500 product fee) by 0.05%
- 2-year and 5-year fixed 60% LTV products (no fee) by 0.05%
- 2-year fixed 75% LTV product (with £500 product fee) by 0.05%
- 2-year and 5-year fixed 75% LTV products (no fee) by 0.05%
Holiday Let
