Our latest mortgage product update
We’re making some changes to our new lending and existing customer mortgage range. These changes affect new mortgage applications, new rate switch applications and new additional borrowing applications only.
Key Product Updates – New Lending
- New Residential fixed rates launched
- New Limited Company Buy to Let fixed rates launched
- Selected Limited Company Buy to Let fixed rates withdrawn
Key Product Updates – Rate Switch
- Selected Residential fixed rates reduced by up to 0.30%
- Selected Limited Company Buy to Let fixed rates increased
- New Limited Company Buy to Let fixed rates launched
If you are planning to change product on a submitted rate switch, ensure you provide 3 days’ notice before the cut off. See below for cut off dates.
Key Product Updates – Additional Borrowing
- Residential fixed rates reduced by up to 0.30%
- Green Residential fixed rates reduced by up to 0.25%
Any applications on withdrawn products must be submitted by midnight on Wednesday 1 April 2026 – see our latest updates for details. You’ll be able to apply for any new products from the stated launch date.
