Another exciting improvement to our product transfer process
On Wednesday 29 April, we’ve improved the acceptance journey for you and your clients as part of our product transfer pledge.
What’s changed?
- Quicker – once you accept your client’s new deal, their mortgage will update within 2 minutes. If the deal starts straight away, your client won’t be able to review other rates for that loan. If it’s due to start later, you’ll be able to see the pending deal when you log on to the Online Mortgage Transfer Service in Introducer Internet.
- Simpler – we’ve reduced the number of emails we send due to our streamlined process.
- Clearer – for multiple loans starting on different dates, we’ll email a summary table for all loans so it’s in one place. Then we’ll send an email each time the new deal starts on each loan.
