Upcoming product rate increases
On Friday 8 May, we are implementing rate increases to our retention products for existing customers. We are also introducing a new 75% LTV residential option.
The following ranges are affected:
- Residential retention
- Standard buy-to-let retention
- Retirement interest only retention
- Limited company buy-to-let retention
