Mortgage Range Changes – Effective from 20th May 2026
Our updated mortgage range will be live on our website 9am, Wednesday 20th May 2026.
Our current range will be removed 5pm, Thursday 19th May 2026.

- 5-year fixed 70% LTV product by 0.05% (with an increased £895 product fee)
- 5-year fixed 70% LTV product by 0.10% (with an increased £6000 product fee)
Rate increases

- 2-year fixed 65%, 75%, 80%, 85% & 90% LTV products by 0.02%
- 5-year fixed 65%, 75%, 80%, 85% & 90% LTV products by 0.11%
The above changes also apply to our CIS 6 months and 1 year self-employed products.
