Product Update
From close of business on Thursday 6th August, we will be increasing our Residential rates. Updated product guides reflecting these changes will be available from Friday 7th August.
Important information
Please note, to secure one of these products you must have confirmed all DIP data is correct on the first page of the Full Mortgage Application and have commenced to the next page. If this has not been done, then you will not have secured the product.
The deadline dates to secure these products are:
Decision in Principle Illustration produced AND the Mortgage Application commenced by 5pm Thursday 6th August.
Full Mortgage Application submitted by 5pm Saturday 8th August.
