We’re repricing our Product Transfer products
Further to the rate changes we made to our core buy-to-let range on Saturday 25th July 2026, we’re writing to let you know that we are repricing our Product Transfer (PT) products, which will be live from 09:00am on Tuesday 4th August.
Please find further details below:
- Two-Year PT products for Standard & Limited Company increased by 30bps
- Two-Year PT products for HMO/MUFB increased by 20bps
- Five-Year PT products increased by 20bps across our Standard, Limited Company and HMO/MUFB ranges
Please note: There are no changes to our core product range.
