Our latest mortgage product update
We’re making some changes to our existing customer mortgage ranges. These changes affect new rate switch applications and new additional borrowing applications only.
Key Product Updates – Rate Switch
- Selected Residential fixed rates reduced
- Selected 3-year Residential end dates extended to November
If you are planning to change product on a submitted rate switch, ensure you provide 3 days’ notice before the cut off.
Key Product Updates – Additional Borrowing
- Selected Residential & Green Residential fixed rates reduced
Any applications on withdrawn products must be submitted by midnight on Wednesday, 2 September 2026 – see our latest updates for details. You’ll be able to apply for any new products from the stated launch date.
