Help To Buy remortgages now available with Aldermore
We’re pleased to announce that Aldermore can now consider eligible Help to Buy Equity Loan remortgage applications for properties in England through the Homes England scheme.
Although the Help to Buy Equity Loan scheme is closed to new applications, many customers who initially took fixed rate deals continue to require a remortgage. This new option may suit customers who want to retain their equity loan in full or those who want to borrow additional funds to partially repay some of their equity loan.
Key features include:
A simpler remortgage route for customers who want to keep their government-funded equity loan.
• Available for properties in England via the Homes England scheme.
• Access to Aldermore’s standard residential product range, subject to criteria.
• Support for eligible cases involving partial staircasing off the equity loan.
Read our broker criteria guide for full details on eligibility, maximum LTVs, submission requirements and the application process.
