95% LTV New Build Product Withdrawal
Advanced warning of product change
We wanted to let you know that our 95% LTV New Build product range will be withdrawn from sale at 5pm today.
This applies to all 95% LTV New Build 5 Year and 10 Year Fixed products, both fee and fee-free options.
Full mortgage applications and any applicable fees must be submitted by 5pm today for cases requiring one of these products. Applications submitted after this time will need to select an alternative product from our available range.
All other products and rates remain unchanged.
