Accord are reducing selected Residential and BTL New Business rates
On Thursday 22 October, Accord are reducing rates in their Residential and BTL New Business product ranges. The current ranges will be withdrawn at 10pm Wednesday 21 October and the new ranges will be available at 8am Thursday 22 October.
What’s changing?
Residential New Business fixed rates:
- Up to 0.06% reduction on selected house purchase and remortgage products across all LTVs
BTL New Business fixed rates:
- Up to 0.68% reduction on remortgage products up to 75% LTV
- Up to 0.23% reduction on house purchase products up to 75% LTV
- Up to 0.53% reduction on remortgage products up to 80% LTV
- Up to 0.69% reduction on house purchase products up to 80% LTV.
What else?
- No changes to tracker rates or end dates
