We are making the following changes to our mortgage product range from Tuesday 20 October:
Personal Ownership Buy to Let and Let to Buy
Purchase
- Rate reductions of up to 0.18% on selected 2 and 5 year fixed products
- Complete by dates extended by one month
Remortgage
- Rate reductions of up to 0.13% on selected 2,3 and 5 year fixed products
- Complete by dates extended by one month
Product Transfer and Further Advances
- No changes
Limited Company BTL – Purchase
- Rate reductions of up to 0.18% on selected 2 and 5 year fixed products
- Complete by dates extended by one month
Limited Company BTL – Remortgage
- Rate reductions of up to 0.10% on selected 2 and 5 year fixed products
- Complete by dates extended by one month
