Changes to our 5-year fixed rate products from Tuesday, 27th October 2026
On Tuesday, 27 October 2026, we will be extending the end dates on our 5-year fixed rate products. As a result, we will be launching a selection of new mortgage products and withdrawing some existing products across our ranges.

Please note that the product codes shown in brackets as (p.XXXXX) refer to existing products that will be withdrawn at 23:59 on Monday, 26th October 2026 and replaced by the new products listed above.
How does this affect you?
New applications:
Mortgage applications for the withdrawn products will need to be fully packaged, including fees paid, and submitted by 23:59 on Monday, 26th October 2026.
After this deadline, applications for these products will no longer be considered.
