5 year Base Rate Tracker, up to 80% LTV
We have launched a 5 year base rate tracker (product code: EBRT342) following feedback from our broker community.
Key product highlights:
- 0.95% above the Bank of England Base Rate until 31 December 2031, subject to a product floor of 1.50%.
- Available up to 80% LTV.
- No reservation fee.
- £999 completion fee.
- 10% overpayments permitted each year without charge.
- Loan amounts from £30,000 up to £3 million, subject to LTV limits.
- ERC – 0.5% of balance outstanding until 31st December 2031.
