Product Update
From close of business on Thursday 29th October, we will be increasing rates across our Residential product range. The updated product guide reflecting these changes will be available from Friday 30th October.
Important information
The deadline dates to secure these products are:
Decision in Principle Illustration produced AND the Mortgage Application commenced by 5pm Thursday 29th October.
Full Mortgage Application submitted by 5pm Monday 2nd November.
Product Transfer rates
Changes to our Product Transfer rates generally move within a few days following changes made to our new business rates. Please be aware Product Transfer rates are only valid on the day of generating the ESIS.
