Accord Mortgages have released an update on their product range, the details are set out below. Accord products are available through our direct to lender mortgage club so contact us for more information on how our club can support your business.
The reversionary rate on our Help to Buy Five Year Fixed Rate products will now be discounted by 0.20% for 1 Year
We are reintroducing the discount to the reversionary rate on our Help to Buy Five Year Fixed Rate products (available for applications in England and Wales) by 0.20% for the first year. The rate will then move to our SVR (currently 4.99%) for the remainder of the mortgage term.
What’s changing?
- The reversionary rate on our Help to Buy Five Year Fixed Rate products
- The rate is being discounted by 0.20% for 1 year
- The rate will then revert to our SVR (currently 4.99%)
What’s staying the same?
- Initial product rates and end dates remain the same
- All other products in the range remain unchanged
When is this change?
- The existing products are being withdrawn at 8pm on 6th July
- New products will be available from 9am on 7th July
