We’re reducing selected 75%-95% LTV Residential rates

We’re making improvements to a number of our 75%-95% LTV products.
Key Changes
Rates are being cut on a number of products by up to 0.50%:
- New build 90% LTV product rates reduced by up to 0.50%
- 75% LTV 5 year Fixed rates reduced by up to 0.07%
- 80% LTV 5 year Fixed rates reduced by up to 0.10% and large loan range up to £2m expanded
- 85% LTV 5 year Fixed rates reduced by up to 0.05% and large loan range up to £2m expanded
- 90% LTV Fixed rates reduced by up to 0.21%
- A95% LTV Fixed rates reduced by up to 0.47%
Cashback changes
Cashback on new build products is being reduced from £750 to £250, however rates are being reduced to counter this.
Key Dates
Products will be withdrawn 8pm Tuesday 7th Sept and relaunched 8am Wednesday 8th.
