Accord Mortgages have released an update on their product range, the details are set out below. Accord products are available through our direct to lender mortgage club so contact us for more information on how our club can support your business.
Accord are reducing rates on a number of their New Business BTL products

Selected 60% and 65% LTV rates will be reduced from 9am Friday 17 September.
What’s changing
- Selected 2 year 60% Remortgage products will be reduced by between 0.09% & 0.12%
- Selected 5 year 60% Remortgage product will be reduced by 0.08%
- Selected 2 year 65% Remortgage products will be reduced by between 0.02% & 0.08%
- Selected 5 year 65% products will be reduced by between 0.01% & 0.03%
Some rates will remain the same.
When is the change?
All 60% and 65% LTV re-mortgage products will be withdrawn at 8pm Thursday 16 September and relaunched on Friday 17th September at 9am.
