NEW CLYDESDALE BANK PRODUCTS AND FIXED RATE INCREASES
We wanted to let you know that we’re launching the following Clydesdale Bank products on Thursday 13 July.
Exclusives
- NEW Remortgage 65% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate will be launched at 6.03%.
- NEW Remortgage 65% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate will be launched at 5.38%.
- NEW Purchase 90% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate will be launched at 6.50%.
- NEW Purchase 90% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate will be launched at 5.85%.
Our new Purchase Exclusive deals are available for loan sizes between £300,000 and £600,000.
We’ll also be making these changes at 8pm today:
New & Existing customer products
- Exclusive Remortgage 75% & 80% LTV fixed rates will be increased by 0.10%.
- 85-95% LTV 2 year fixed rates will be increased by 0.30%.
- 85-95% LTV 5 year fixed rates will be increased by 0.20%.
- BTL 2 year fixed rates will be increased by 0.30%.
- BTL 5 year fixed rates will be increased by 0.20%.
