We are delighted to inform you that we have made an amendment to our core fixed residential product range.
The postcode restrictions on our recently introduced 95% LTV mortgage have been removed! This means that your clients looking to purchase and remortgage outside of DY, WV, WS and B postcodes are now eligible for our 3.99% Five Year Fixed product. £500 cashback, free valuation and no arrangement fee still apply on loans up to £350,000.
