Partial Mortgage Application Acceptance
I am delighted to advise that, with effect from Monday 6th February, we will once again be accepting mortgage applications which fit on the following three products:
- Product 272 – Self-build
- Product 284 – First Time Buyer
- Product 268 – Mixed Use Property
Details are on the attached Product Guide but please be aware that all other products listed on the guide are still temporarily closed to new business.
Also, we will be withdrawing Retention Product 289 and replacing it with Retention Product 290. The changes from 289 to 290 are:
- The fixed rate in the first two years has reduced from 5.75% to 4.99%
- The maximum loan size of £350,000 has been removed
- The APRC is now 6.3%
