Gen H reduces rates by up to 25 bps across all products
18 September 2023, LONDON – Today, Gen H has announced their latest rate reductions across its entire product range. Gen H have reduced their 2- and 3-year rates by up to 25 bps and their 5-year rates by up to 15 bps. The new rates are now live for both broker and direct customers.
These rate reductions continue to make the lender especially competitive for 90% and 95% LTV products.
Competitive highlights:
- 5-year homebuying bundle rates at 95% LTV are now 5.74% (with £999 fee) and 5.80% (without fee)
- 5-year bundle rates at 90% LTV are now 5.63% (with £999 fee) and 5.69% (without fee)
- 2-year and 3 years rates dropped by up to 25 bps across all products
