Processing and withdrawal timeline:
- The old products were pulled on Friday at midnight – they are no longer selectable in the broker portal
- Anyone who had selected the product before Friday at midnight, has until midnight on Tuesday to submit their application, accept the app form and pay the admin fee to secure the rate
- An email was sent to brokers today outlining the above
Limited Edition fixed-rate products
Our new five-year fixed rate range for standard properties features discounted rates from 5.15% with variable LTVs and fees for extra affordability.
In addition, we’ve added 2 and 5-year fixed-rate large HMO/MUFB products with rates starting at 6.59%.
