Express Payment Requests are showing error messages but please ignore these as the requests are being received. The error relates to the email confirmation only. 

The company will be closing early on Tuesday 16th September at 2pm for all staff training across all departments. We will be open as usual on Wednesday 17th September. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. 

The deadline for express requests on the 16th September will be 1 PM.

 

In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

The office will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 20th September.

Landbay Update

Landbay has released an intermediary update. Check their Product Guide or Lending Criteria for further details or visit their Broker Portal. You can access Landbay products, using the Brilliant Solutions direct to lender mortgage club and receive payment on completion.  Contact us for further information. 

Important: Product removal notice

Due to the high volatility in the financial markets, we have had to remove our fixed-rate products. We will replace them with revised pricing soon.

To secure the rate on applications where a product from our previous range has been selected before 17:00 26/09/22, please action all of the following by 23:59 28/09/22:

  • You have submitted the full mortgage application
  • All applicants have accepted the application form
  • The £175 admin fee has been paid
