New 95% LTV product and lending criteria update
We’ve launched a very competitive 95% LTV five year residential fixed term product at a rate of 3.60%.
We’re also making some changes to our mortgage range. These changes affect new mortgage applications only.
Key product updates
Residential and Retirement Interest Only fixed rates moved to October end dates and rates reduced by up to 0.33%.
New Residential and Buy to Let £500 cashback fixed rates launched.
New Retirement Interest Only 5 year fee free launched.
Any applications on withdrawn products must be submitted by close of business Thursday 1st July
