Our latest mortgage product update
We’re making some changes to our mortgage range. These changes affect new mortgage applications only.
Key product updates
Affordable Housing (Shared Ownership, Help to Buy, Shared Equity & Right to Buy) end dates extended to October.
New 85% Shared Ownership products launched and selected 90% products reduced by up to 0.35%.
Selected Residential fixed rates reduced by up to 0.39% and new 5 year 75% LTV fee free launched.
Any applications on withdrawn products must be submitted by close of 5pm Tuesday 22nd June – see our latest updates for details.
