What a start to 2024 – rate reductions up to 0.71%
Following two sets of entire range rate reductions in December, today, we announce further good news for your clients! We’ve reduced all initial rates across our entire range including Standard Interest-Only and Standard Capital & Interest, Retirement Interest-only (RIO) and Lifetime (Equity Release)
What’s changing?
Equity Release
- Rates dropped by up to 0.47% on our Standard mortgages, and by 0.22% on Property+
RIO and Standard:
2 year fixed rates dropped by 0.71%
5 year fixed rates dropped by 0.65%
5+5 year fixed rates dropped by 0.42%
10 year fixed rates dropped by 0.42%
Fixed for Life (RIO) rates dropped by 0.40%
Our 5 year fixed rates now start from a competitive 5.33%.
