What is Beta testing?

Beta testing is a process where a product is tested by a small group of people (like you) before we release it to all of our users. Having brokers test our new tech in real life means we’re able to identify and fix problems quicker than we would be alone.

What sort of features will I be testing?

Our first round of Beta testing will focus on our upgraded chatbot: CriteriaGPT. Developed by our Data Science team, CriteriaGPT builds on cutting-edge large language models (LLMs), including ChatGPT. We’re excited to have you with us as we continue to lead the way in the adoption of AI in the mortgage space.

Speak like a human, finally.

We know how frustrating support bots can be, rest assured our CriteriaGPT is different, you can type your prompt in the same way you’d speak to a human and receive a more relevant response.

You can even have some fun with it, ask our CriteriaGPT to respond in poetry, rap or Ye Olde English. We’d love to see what you come up with!

Who’s invited to join the Programme?

We’ve selected a handful of brokers to be part of our panel. But if you know someone that may be interested, simply forward this email so they can sign up too.
